About Me:
I grew up in Santa Clarita and have lived in Lancaster for the last few years. I have spent my career working in Agua Dulce. This will be my 4th year teaching, and I am so grateful to be able to stay within the Acton-Agua Dulce community! I am a lifelong learner and enjoy growing both professionally and personally. I have only worked with elementary students so far in my career, and I am so excited to grow in a middle school position. I'm looking forward to getting to know each other!
Experience in Education:
- 1 year virtual teaching
- 1 year Student Teaching 2nd grade
- 3 years teaching 2nd grade
- 1st year teaching 7th English and Science at HDS
- Intro to ASL and ASB/Yearbook
Goals:
My goals for this year are to build strong connections with the High Desert school community and support the growth of our students in all the ways I am able to! I look forward to growing through our AVID program and through collaboration!
